Promoting our Markets & Events
• Paid Advertising
Paid advertising sits at the centre of our event promotion strategy. Targeted campaigns are run for both customer attendance and stallholder recruitment, with creative, audience targeting and spend adjusted based on performance to maximise reach and visibility for each event.
• Facebook Page & Events
Alongside paid advertising, events are promoted through our own Facebook pages and Events, supported by strategic sharing into relevant community and market groups.
• Direct Follower Invitations
A minimum of 500 followers are also personally invited to each event to build early awareness and strong attendance.
• Audience Growth
Audience growth and engagement are actively managed. Anyone who interacts with our content but does not yet follow our page is invited to Like and follow, helping our reach continue to grow organically.
• Active Engagement
Every notification is checked so posts can be liked, comments responded to and conversations kept active and visible.
• Performance Tracking & Content Optimisation
Organic performance and engagement data is reviewed regularly alongside paid content, to understand what content resonates best with our audience. This allows timing, messaging and visuals to be refined in the lead-up to each event, ensuring consistent momentum and visibility.
• Real-Time Comment Responses
Engagement is a key focus, with comments responded to using likes, hearts and friendly — often light-hearted — replies. This interaction helps boost reach while reinforcing the welcoming, community-focused tone of our markets.
• Stallholder Promotion (at No Extra Cost)
Individual stallholder businesses are also promoted at no additional cost through tags, shout-outs and featured posts. This is a deliberate approach, as many organisers charge vendors separately for individual business promotion.
• Event Reminders & Highlights
In the days and weeks leading up to each event, reminders, highlights and updates continue to be shared to ensure strong awareness, consistent engagement and solid foot traffic on the day — all with the aim of delivering well-supported, successful markets for our vendors.
Corflute Street Signage
Physical signage placed in surrounding streets in the week leading up to each event to capture local traffic and build awareness.
Freeway VMS Signage
Electronic variable message signs used to reach high-volume commuter traffic on main roads, where available.
